I offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists and counsellors. I see supervision as a collaboration between the supervisee and myself: my job is to support you in evolving your practice authentically from yourself, rather than attempting to impose my style on you. In this process I will offer kindly challenge as well as support, in order to heighten self-awareness and clarify reflection. We can also draw on the kinds of creative approaches I make use of in psychotherapy and counselling.
I also work with practitioners of other professions to support them in their work and explore issues that arise for them in their professional practice.
I provide supervision, individually or in groups, to members of the voluntary and public sectors who benefit from independent support outside the work setting, and away from the structure of line management.
Fees
Supervision funded by individual: £50 per hour
Supervision funded by organisation: £75 per hour
Location
I work as a supervisor in Dartington, Totnes, South Devon. My practice is easily accessible from the South Hams, Torbay, Dartmoor, Plymouth and Exeter.
